Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service price is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

​

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Deposits for appointments canceled within this free cancellation window will be refunded.

​

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. The deposit will be applied toward this fee and forfeited. No additional cancellation fee will be charged when the deposit fully covers the fee.

Service Location & Requirements

​

As a mobile detailing provider, Maximus Detail requires customers to provide:

​

• Adequate space for our personnel, equipment, and service vehicle.

• A safe, accessible work area and suitable conditions for detailing.

• Permission to perform services on the premises if the customer is not the property owner.

• Access to a functioning water hose connection and electrical outlet.

• ​

Please arrange vehicles and access to the work area before our arrival to avoid interruptions or the need to dismantle equipment during service.

If the location or required utilities are unavailable or conditions are unsuitable upon arrival, Maximus Detail reserves the right to reschedule the appointment. A $50 rescheduling fee may apply unless circumstances beyond the customer's reasonable control prevent compliance.

Vehicle Preparation & Personal Belongings

​

Please remove personal belongings, valuables, cash, and other important items from your vehicle before your appointment.

Maximus Detail is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle that are misplaced or damaged, except where responsibility arises from our negligence or other applicable legal obligations.

For safety and liability reasons, Maximus Detail personnel will not remove, reinstall, or adjust child safety seats, booster seats, or similar restraints. If these items remain installed, we will clean around them, and detailing results in those areas may be limited.

Service Results & Limitations

​

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, certain conditions may prevent complete restoration or cleaning.

Pet hair and sand can be particularly difficult to remove. Although we are often successful in eliminating visible traces, complete removal is not guaranteed.

​

Likewise, the complete removal of stains, odors, discoloration, or other existing conditions cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on factors including material type, severity, age, and previous treatments.

Pricing & Payment

​

The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the service, on the same day the service is performed.

​

Quoted or booked prices are based on the service selected and the information provided at booking. If the vehicle's condition, size, or service requirements differ materially from those represented, additional charges may be necessary.

Any proposed price adjustment will be explained to the customer and must be approved before the additional work is performed. If an agreement cannot be reached, Maximus Detail may decline the additional work or reschedule the service as appropriate.

Unpaid balances may be subject to lawful collection efforts and applicable charges permitted by law.

​

Scheduling Changes by Maximus Detail

​

Maximus Detail reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather, equipment failure, safety concerns, or other circumstances affecting our ability to provide services.

​

We will notify customers as promptly as reasonably possible and work to arrange a mutually convenient alternative appointment.

No cancellation or rescheduling penalty will be imposed on the customer for changes initiated by Maximus Detail. If we cannot provide the booked service and no mutually acceptable alternative is available, any deposit paid for that service will be refunded.

Customer Acknowledgment

By booking a service with Maximus Detail LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable booking, cancellation, payment, and service conditions described above.
